Work Package Description The first task will be to establish the group of experts (scientists and engineers) and define the preliminary scientific priorities to issue the call for proposals. The proposal review process (including establishment of review committee and proposal expertise) will be conducted between months 3 and 7. A meeting between ESONET and other projects such as HERMES, MERSEA will be organised at month 15. The science module will be defined for month 18. The kick-off meeting will be as early in the project as possible (month 1 or 2) and comprehensive in its coverage so all partners have a broad comprehension of the project. This will aid consistency between workpackages 3 and 4. The meeting may therefore have to be 5-6 days long. |
